Mexico Pharmacy Scams

Dave here from Mexico Pharmacy. If you're considering prescription medicines from Mexico , you might want to read my story first. It will probably save you a lot of grief.

Way back in 2004, when I first began Mexico Pharmacy, I truly believed that I could source cheap medicines in Mexico, have them drop shipped to my customers in the USA. I took a trip over the border, found a few seemingly trustworthy Mexican Pharmacies (yes, I speak Spanish), and set up a business deal with them, whereby I would make a commission on every sale.

The first 4 or 5 months, if I remember correctly, went quite well. The major problem, naturally, was Customs seizures, which scared the hell out of my customers. I used to get 4 or 5 emails every month from customers who had there packages siezed by USA Customs - what's going to happen to me? they would ask.

I could deal with that; but what I couldn't deal with is the Mexican pharmacies refusal to reship my customers' orders. You can imagine the headaches that I and my customers had to deal with over that issue.

And then the final blow came: those Mexican pharmacies began to ship counterfeit medicines to my customers - mostly sugar pills/tabs. That did it. I began looking for a new way to sell discount Mexican medicines. I found a few Mexican pharmacy websites on the internet search engines and emailed them that I would like to market their medicines to my customers on a dropship basis.

I found one of the biggest and undoubtedly the most popular Mexican pharmacy on the internet. One that places very well when you do a search for "mexico pharmacy."

We quickly came to deal, via email, and began our affiliation.

Again, the first few months sailed by quite nicely. Orders were fulfilled, and there was none of that nonsense that I had encountered with the previous brick and mortar Mexican pharmacies.

But, once again, disaster struck. I began getting complaints from customers about unfulfilled orders and drug substitutes. I decided to see if any of those complaints were valid and so placed an order directly from my suppliers website. After a 3 week wait, which very much disappointed me, I finally got my package. I opened it to find exactly what I had I ordered. No issues there. However, the 3 week wait was absurd. I had to find out if this was indeed the normal delivery time, so I place another order.

This time I got my meds in 2 weeks. Well, that was almost acceptable. Upon opening the contents, however, I found that the medicine's color and shape I had ordered did not match the medicine found on the website's description. That was weird. I decided to do an image match and did a search for that medicine on the internet search engines. I found hundreds of images, none of which matched the medicine that I received from that online Mexican pharmacy.

As you can imagine, I thought "what the hell?" Well, that did it. There was no way I was going to take that medicine, so I trashed it. I quickly got online and sent there customer service department an email stating that I was not sent the correct medicine. I never received a reply, even though they knew that I was an affiliate of theirs. I tried calling their customer service phone number, but all I got was a recorded message saying that all phones were busy and they would answer as soon as one of their support persons was free. That, too, never happened.

Well, I could go on and on about other adventures with Mexican Pharmacies, both online and brick and mortal pharmacies in Mexico. However, suffice to say that I could NEVER find a reliable supplier, drop shipper, or affiliatation with any Mexican Pharmacy.

In the end, I affiliated Mexico Pharmacy with a USA based supplier, and have been happy ever since. My customers are happy as well.

In sum, ordering prescription medinces from a mexican online pharmacy (one that sends medicines from Mexico) is risky and an absurd waste of money. Don't do it , folks, don't do it. It's dangerous, costly, and just might get you in a world of trouble regarding your health.
